We are a private mental health counseling practice and we are looking for a part to full time fully or provisionally licensed (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-IT,) therapist seeking to grow their own private practice caseload. This job allows for the flexibility and independence of having your own practice with the benefit of support staff dedicated to helping you grow. Center for Change, LLC, offers individual, family, couples and group counseling to adolescents and adults. Although we aim to provide counseling to as many community members as possible, we are known for our Christian values and ability to offer Biblical based services.

The ideal candidate would possess:

-A Wisconsin license to practice therapy services (training license ok), and either already paneled with insurance companies, or eligible to do so (provisionally licensed therapists work on a sliding scale cash basis)

-An interest or specialty in a sub-type of counseling, i.e. child and adolescent, substance abuse, DBT, etc.

-A desire to work in a Christian environment

-Flexible hours, with the ability to work some days and evenings

This position will begin slowly as caseload builds, and has the option to grow into full time. Compensation is percentage based from fees collected, with ability to earn a higher percentage with a larger caseload. This is a W2 position, employee position. No formal benefits are offered, but we would be happy to discuss how to offer incentives (i.e. CEU’s, stipend for insurance, etc) once a full time caseload is reached. Supervision included for provisionally licensed therapists.

Salary: $40.00 – $70.00 per hour
